Vidhya Shankar was part of the 2005 - 2007 batch of ASB. The only passion in life has been singing. He is one of the best singers that our B-school ever had. He was part of every cultural programme in ASB and ASE during his 2 years stint at ASB. During his first year in college, Vidhya took part in "Raja Geetham" - a south India competition and he won the first place, he also got to sing along with Ms. Chitra during this event.
Idea Star Singer is a competition based out of Kerala and aired on Asianet. It is one of the best singing competition and has the highest TRP rating in all the Malayalam channels. This is the fourth episode of Idea Star Singer and Vidhya has got selected from over 10,000/- applications and 3 auditions. The final list of 48 contestants have been chosen and all are fantastic singers.
As in all reality shows, SMS is a huge factor apart from the marks given by the judging panel. Therefore this is an attempt to get people to vote for our dear Vidhya Shankar.
